"Error and Variety Designation" Service
SEGS will confirm and document error and variety designations at no charge provided the customer has paid the full fee, (no discounts)as listed by SEGS on the SEGS Invoice and/or on the SEGS web site for that service. The customer must have identified the correct error and variety and indicated such on the submittal form for the applicable coin(s).
If you have paid a "discounted" fee for services there is a $1.00 fee to verify your listing (no exceptions). All service levels receive "free" attribution for standard attributions such as full bell lines, full head, full step, etc..
SEGS will provide error and variety research for an additional fee of $10 per coin. In the event a coin's error or variety occurs on its reverse SEGS will "showcase" the reverse in the front viewing area of the SEGS holder emphasizing the coin's special feature. If you do not wish to have your coin placed reverse up, please check the appropriate box on the submittal form.
