Please
also refer to the
SEGS Grade Guarantee for
additional details related to resubmission.
SEGS
will reexamine an existing SEGS holdered coin
for grade, authenticity, and/or appropriate attribution for a
fee of $20.00 per coin. SEGS will reexamine the coin and if SEGS
determines an error or omission has been made by SEGS, the
error or omission will be
corrected, a new label generated, the holder replaced and a refund issued
to the
submitter to reimburse the submitter for the cost of the
reexamination only.
If SEGS determines the original information associated with
the resubmitted SEGS holdered coin accurately represents the
SEGS holdered coin, the coin will be returned to the
customer and the $20.00 fee will be assessed. With
respect to errors and/or omissions SEGS assumes no liability other than the correction
of the information on the label and the re-encapsulation of
the resubmitted coin.
SEGS
may replace a SEGS holder
that has been damaged for a fee of $5.00 per coin. SEGS will
inspect the damaged holder and render an assessment of the
damage. If SEGS determines that the damage is due to a
defect in the holder or in the encapsulation process, the
holder will be replaced and a $5.00 in-house voucher will be
issued to the customer.
